Can I book instantly?

Yes, for a check-in 3 or more days away: you book and pay right then. Closer than that, you send a request, and I check the Airbnb and Vrbo calendars before I say yes, so nobody gets double-booked. Most requests get an answer within a few hours.

When do I pay?

With Instant Book, when you book. For a request, only after I approve: you get an email with a payment link that works for 24 hours. Nothing is charged when you send a request.

What are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is by 10 am. You let yourself in with a door code.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, from November through March, at no extra charge.

Pets? Parties?

No pets and no parties, sorry. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund, or 14 to 29 days before for half back. After that, there's no refund.
