Two ways to give a rental somewhere to book direct.

Some hosts already run booking software and need a site worth landing on. Others only have Airbnb and Vrbo. VowBuilt Web builds for both, charges for the site, and never takes a cut of a booking.

Already on booking software?
Option 1. OwnerRez, Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable or Lodgify keeps taking the bookings. Every Book button on the site opens the host's own booking page there.
Only on Airbnb and Vrbo?
Option 2. The same site plus our booking: guests book on the site itself, two ways at the same price. Instant Book for check-ins 3 or more days out: they book and pay right away. A request for closer dates: the host approves it first, then the guest pays.

The two demos

Option 1Available now

The site, for hosts already on booking software

For hosts on OwnerRez, Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable or Lodgify. We build the site, and every Book button opens the host's own booking page, where their calendar, payments and rental agreement already live.

Demo: Tidewell Cottages, three made-up beach cottages in St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

Option 2Taking our first hosts

Everything in Option 1, plus our booking, for hosts on Airbnb and Vrbo only

For hosts with no booking software. The same site, plus booking: guests pick open dates on the site and pay straight into the host's own Stripe account, right away with Instant Book or after the host approves a request. No commission.

Demo: Sunbather House, a made-up pool home near Kissimmee, Florida. Try a booking, then open the host's side.

Taking our first hosts now. Each goes live after a test booking.

Each demo opens the way a guest would see it. "Show how it works" in its top bar turns on dashed notes that say what each part does and why.

For property managers: one home's own site

A manager's own site sells the company. A home site sells one house, under the manager's name, with a Book button that opens that home's page in the booking software the manager already uses.

Home siteAvailable now

One home's own site, under its manager's name

"Managed by" in the header, the hero and the footer, with only the manager's phone and email; the house told room by room, with its photos, the area and the house rules on pages of their own. The site never takes a card.

Demo: Sandbar House, a made-up four-bedroom pool home in Crescent Beach, Florida, managed by the made-up Salt Run Home Co. The photos are stock.

Who it's for Hosts already on OwnerRez, Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable or Lodgify Hosts with no booking software, only Airbnb and Vrbo
What a guest does Looks around the site, then books on the host's own booking page Picks open dates and pays: right away with Instant Book for check-ins 3 or more days out, or after the host approves a request
Calendar Kept by the host's booking software, as today Synced with Airbnb and Vrbo by calendar link. Instant Book is included for check-ins 3 or more days out; closer dates are request and approve, because Airbnb reads other calendars only about every 3 hours. Instant Book is switched on once the host's test booking and calendar sync have run clean.
Payments go to The host, through their booking software The host's own Stripe account, directly. Stripe's card fee is the host's.
Commission on bookings None None
Contract Month to month, no first term Month to month, no first term
Taxes Handled in the host's booking software Each tax on its own line for the guest, and a monthly report for filing. The host files.
The host owns The domain, and the site once its build is paid The same as Option 1, plus their Stripe account and their guest list. The booking system is ours, with a full export whenever they ask.
Available Now Taking our first hosts now. Each goes live after a test booking.

The demo hosts, homes and photos are made up. Option 2's tax lines use Osceola County, Florida rates as an example; each host's accountant confirms their own.
