Preview A sample website made for Salt Run Home Co. by VowBuilt Web. It isn't the official site. Sandbar House and Salt Run Home Co. are made up, and the photos are stock. Demo of a home site for property managers. All the demos
Sandbar House is one home's own site under its manager's name: "Managed by Salt Run Home Co." sits in the header, the hero and the footer, with only Salt Run Home Co.'s phone and email. The owner isn't named anywhere. The facts on the line, and every word and photo on the page, come from the home's own file, so a new rate or a new photo is one small change.
The quiet end of Anastasia Island
Sandbar House is a two-story pool home in Crescent Beach, the south end of the island where the beach is wide, the streets are short, and the only traffic is the ferry to Fort Matanzas.
The kitchen, the living room and the screened porch share the ground floor with the pool room. Three bedrooms are upstairs, with the primary suite’s balcony over the pool. The walkover to the sand is at the end of the street, three minutes on foot with the wagon.
Around the house
Tap any photo to see them full screen.
Every photo is made in three sizes and loads as it comes into view, so a phone fetches the small one and the page stays fast. Any photo opens full screen and swipes. A real home's site carries its listing photos, 20 to 40 of them; this demo has 7 stock ones.
Where everyone sleeps
Four bedrooms for up to ten: a king, two queens, and a bunk room with four twins.
Who sleeps where, from the manager's listing: each bedroom, its beds, and which bath it uses. On the live site the same bed list goes to search engines as structured data, so the home shows up for "sleeps 10" the way it does on the big platforms.
Primary suite
King bed
Upstairs, with its own bath and doors to the balcony over the pool.
Queen room
Queen bed
A desk by the window for the one who has to work. Shares the upstairs bath.
Bunk room
Two sets of twin bunks
Four twin beds for the kids. Shares the upstairs bath.
Pool room
Queen bed
Downstairs, with doors to the pool deck and its own bath.
Inside and out
The pool
A heated pool on a paver deck, with four loungers, a gas grill and an outdoor shower for the sand. The screened porch opens onto it, and so does the pool room.
The kitchen
A full kitchen with an island that seats four, open to the dining table for ten. Spices, oils and the basics are stocked, so the first grocery run is a short one.
The living room
Tall windows, a long sofa and a smart TV. The board games are in the cabinet under it.
The walk to the beach
Out the front door, left to the end of the street, and over the dunes on the wooden walkover. Three minutes with the wagon. The beach at Crescent is wide at low tide and never crowded.

Three minutes to the sand
Crescent Beach is the south end of Anastasia Island: a wide, quiet beach, the inlet and Fort Matanzas ten minutes south, and St. Augustine’s old city twenty-five minutes north.
The area guide is a page of its own, in the manager's words, with drive times. Homes in the same area share one guide, so a manager with twenty homes on the island writes it once.
